Peripheral contributions to resting state brain dynamics
New paper in Nature Communications: In collaboration with MIT colleagues, we showed that bodily and environmental factors act as partial drivers of healthy or abnormal brain dynamics. We used DCM to dissociate input vs network effects and identify brain connectivity changes as a result of peripheral contributions.
